  18. I believe it is a .inf file problem.  If I knew where to send the
  19. following info to @usr.com, I would tell them...

  21. If you look at the ID for the CID & PnP case, it isn't referenced any
  22. place else in the .inf file.  The other two "excluded" cases are
  23. referenced later.

  25. I created proper entries for the CID & PnP case elsewhere in the file,
  26. now my modem is detected properly (either at boot up or by "remove"ing
  27. it and redetecting like USR said to do in the documentation.
